Annie

Annie is Sony’s reboot of an American classic which paired plucky little foster child, Annie, with a emerging motion graphics company of similar grit.

Director Will Gluck wanted titles, both upfront and in the main on ends, that felt like an extension of the film. For the main title, we created a chalk title card on the very corner Annie created her own chalk masterpieces. Just as a musical seamlessly blends song and dialogue, we extended the finale visually and musically into the MOE and end crawl. And when social media discovered little Annie, Gluck asked Plucky to craft a blizzard of media, digital and traditional, in a press montage honoring Annie and her new friend, Will Stacks.
